Today I am grateful for:
- The wonderful fresh fruis and vegetables we bought today at the local farmers market. Such wonderful colors too and so fresh and full of flavor.
- for all the love I have in my life, it makes my heart sing
- feeling excited at all the opportunities that are coming in the week aghead
- The amazing colors and patterns of the clouds as we strolled out for our Sunday walk

I’m grateful for my health, I ran 4 miles today to prepare for a 1/2 marathon in October.
I’m grateful for all of my mother’s caretakers.
I’m grateful my children and thier spouses are employed.
I’m grateful for my 6th senses.
I’m grateful for rain in the dessert.
I’m grateful for the abundance of food in my refrigerator.
I’m grateful for color and music and I could go on and on but will stop here.
