Today I am grateful for
- The magic of the morning horizon this morning at the beach
- Having coffee via skype with my wonderful friend Ellie Walsh today.
- The magic of my morning beach walk on an almost deserted beach and getting home just before the rain started
- 5 Tibetans– A great start to my day and a simple way to keep my body fit- gradually working my way back to 21 sounds of the 5 exercises each day
- Rediscovering TM when I started meditating today, my mantra just popped back into my head. Now to make the time 2 do this twice a week.
