Today I am Grateful For:

  1. Waking up early feeling excited about the day ahead, I feel a shift coming
  2. Doreeen Virtue’s Abundance meditation
  3. Being healthy
  4. amazing class yesterday with Ann Rusnak and my Focus mojo classmates and my realization that I can move forward now, this is not the time to delay
  5. Day 5 of the Worldwide Gratitude Gathering, and the Gratitude Breath Meditation I love today’s words to focus on while breathing in and out.

Imagine …

As (k)newly born beings,
we begin by first receiving,
accepting a naturally abundant source of support
~ the Breath of Life ~
only to immediately return this gift …
and then begin again.
Give and Receive
Accept and Release
In and Out
Beginning to End
Our breath is a constant companion,
guide, and connection to Life.
So it is, too, with Gratitude!
